Hansen Float Valves – MAX-FLO VALVE – DIAPHRAGM TYPE

MAX-FLO VALVE – DIAPHRAGM TYPE

The latest in the Hansen range of excellent float valves for use in troughs or tanks, the “Max-Flo” is an extremely efficient valve with exceptional flow rates.   300 L/min at 50 kPa out to an amazing 1,200 L/min at 1,100 kPa of inlet pressure.   Described as a slow closing valve, the Max-Flo reduces water hammer in pipework, has a 100mm blue UV stable float, has a glass reinforced nylon body, adjustable extension arm and 600mm of nylon cord so that the valve can be mounted below water level if required.   Comes with a 25mm and 20mm male BSP inlet nipple.   Operating range is a minimum of 20 kPa to a maximum of 1,200 kPa.

Operating pressure 20kPa – 1200kPa, providing high flow (570 lpm @ 200kPa). Valve (1” BSPF Inlet x 11⁄4” BSPM Outlet – threaded outlet allows for connection to a diffuser tube) supplied complete with Adjustable Extension Arm, 4” Blue Ball Float, 600mm Cord and 3⁄4” BSPM & 1” BSPM self-sealing adaptors with O-rings. 1⁄2” and 11⁄4” BSPM adaptors also available as spare parts.

The Max-Flo Valve has a “SELF CLEANING PILOT” which allows its use in dirty or clean water and the variable open/close action reduces valve “chatter or bounce” and water hammer under high
