Freight Policy / Delivery Instructions

Prices of all products are inclusive of GST.

Standard shipping charges apply within Australia only.

Overseas orders will be Price on Application.

Our preferred delivery system is with Australia Post for orders under 5Kg. Any over-weight or bulky items in excess of 5Kg will be subject to a freight charge which will be quoted by email prior to shipping of the order.

For any items over 5kgs please list a work address or an address where someone is guaranteed to be there for pickup. Couriers will not deliver items without a signature. Any additional courier costs due to no one being there to pick up the item(s) will be billed to you.

We aim to dispatch orders from our premises within 2-3 working days subject to stock after payment is cleared. If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. We shall advise you by email if any item on your order is back- ordered and in the case of a large order we will usually deliver the in-stock items and forward any back-ordered items as soon as they are available.

Remote areas with interconnecting freight services will incur longer delivery times – we apologise in advance for any delays which may occur and be outside of our control.

If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods.

Your order from Irrigation Direct will be processed generally within the same days of the order being received and paid in full. Most orders generally will reach the finally destination with 1 to 7 business days. We will be using Australia posts eParcel facility for ease of tracking your order
