Flood gates roughneck keyhole gate for aluminium & p.v.c. – fits 6″ & 5″ pipe

Drill the pipe with 38mm Solid Hole Saw. Mark out the side slot (52mm x 13mm). Cut the side slot with a Jigsaw. End up with a Keyhole. Fit the back of Gate through the hole but don’t let go of it. Hold from behind with your finger. Slot the cover over the outside. Insert the Orange Screw. Loosen the Orange Screw and slide the gate along to the position required, then tighten the Orange Screw to hold into position. It can be closed, partly open or fully open and can be slid along during operation by tapping with a blunt object.

The output from this Keyhole is the same as the Rite-Flo 11⁄2″ Gate.
